Because of this “sunsetting” tax law phenomenon, a unique situation will occur at the end of 2012; tax laws will change UNLESS Congress acts. Did you know that the estate tax exemption is set to expire and drastically reduce from $5,120,000 in 2012, to $1,000,000 in 2013? The estate tax rate will also automatically rise from 35% to 55%. If you take action during the remaining months of 2012, you can potentially achieve long-term savings for yourself and your family. Join Second Harvest Food Bank and local expert, Sandeep Varma, for a free workshop on July 26 or 28 to learn how to protect your assets. . . . → Read More: You’re Invited: Free Estate Planning Workshop
