Thanks to the generous support of Rambus, close to 350 volunteers and staff gathered in celebration at our new Cypress Center, on Saturday afternoon, May 19th.
An Agency-wide volunteer recognition event took place for our volunteers that help us year round. This year’s theme was “The Power of You”. There were a lot of festivities including good food, great music and photo ops with large fruit! Check out some great photos of volunteers having fun while celebrating their tremendous contribution. Two inspirational speakers, Lissa Kriesler from KBAY 94.5 and Dr. J Hill shared poignant moments with our volunteers about the value of volunteering. Our CEO Kathy Jackson, spoke about the impact our volunteers make. A great time was had by all!
